A 45-hour Lactation Education Course

This course is designed to “fill-in” the balance of the 95 hours of lactation education hours you need to apply for the exam.

This course contains all 7 disciplines on the IBCLC outline. It covers all Standards and Guidelines for the Accreditation of Lactation Consultant Education Programs.

This course is designed for individuals who want to become IBCLC certified and have done one of the following:

• Completed a lactation counselor course
• Previously earned 40-55 hours of lactation-specific education
• Has never completed a 95-hour comprehensive course

This package includes:

• 45-Hour Lactation Education Course
• 5-Hour Communication Course
• Counseling the Nursing Mother Textbook (Required for Course)
